Delek US Holdings, on June 13, shut down its entire 80,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in El Dorado, Arkansas, due to a power failure caused by severe weather, but the refinery is expected to be fully operational today.

International
Total Refining & Chemicals, on June 13, shut down the 27,700-BBL/d DSV 8 Vacuum Distillation Unit due to a minor mechanical issue at its 205,000-BBL/d Gonfreville Refinery in France. Expectations are to restart the unit by June 19.

Oil Refineries Limited (ORL) continues with a 30-day planned turnaround of the 60,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater (DHT) at its 197,000-BBL/d Haifa Refinery in Israel. Expectations are to restart the unit by July 7.

OMV Petrom SA continues with a planned plant-wide shutdown of its 86,000-BBL/d Petrobrazi Refinery in Romania. The shutdown is expected to wrap up by early July.
