Texas A&M University (Galveston, Texas) is set to start construction this summer for its new $53 million Science Research Building on Pelican Island in Galveston. As reported in Industrial Info's Pharmaceutical Tracker - Online Database, the 100,000 square-foot building will house marine biology and engineering education and research.
Houston J. T. Vaughan construction was awarded the construction management at risk contract for the project. Construction is expected to be complete in 2010.
