Air Chemical Products Company Limited plans to spend 4.7 billion CNY ($700 million) to construct a partial oxidation (POX) unit in Togtoh County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Province in China. The production capacity of this unit will be 44,000 cubic meters per hour of syngas (CO+H2). This unit will supply syngas for an ethylene glycol project by Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Materials Company Limited.
