The Southern Energy consortium is composed of Pan American Energy (Calgary, Alberta) (30%), YPF (Buenos Aires, Argentina) (25%), Pampa Energía (Buenos Aires) (20%), Harbour Energy (London, England) (15%), and Golar LNG (Hamilton, Bermuda) (10%).
The agreement covers 33% of the project's export capacity, with Hilli Episeyo at 2.45 MTPA and the MK II FLNG at 3.5 MTPA, for a total capacity of 6 MTPA. Exports over the eight year-agreement could reach US$7 billion, depending on prices.
