BrighNight, Cordelio Power Power Up Arizona Solar Facility - Independent power producer BrightNight LLC (West Palm Beach, Florida) has reached commercial operations at a 300-megawatt (MW) solar plant in Arizona. Located in Pinal County, the Box Canyon Solar Project is a joint venture project with Canadian asset manager Cordelio Power (Toronto, Ontario). A 20-year power purchase agreement was already secured with Arizona utility the Southwest Public Power Agency (Mesa). CRUDE OIL
U.S. Crude Oil, Fuel Inventories Drop - U.S. crude oil and fuel inventories fell last week as refining activity and demand rose, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday. Crude oil inventories fell by 5.8 million barrels to 415.1 million barrels in the week ending June 20, the EIA said. Gasoline stocks fell by 2.1 million barrels to 227.9 million barrels. Distillate stockpiles fell by 4.1 million barrels to 105.3 million barrels. (Reuters)

Israeli Gas Fields Resume Operation - Israel's two natural gas fields that supply Egypt and Jordan have resumed operations after being shut down nearly two weeks ago due to the Iran-Israel conflict, partners in the companies said on Wednesday. Two of Israel's three gas fields, Chevron Corporation (Houston, Texas)-operated Leviathan and Energean's (London, England) Karish situated off its Mediterranean coast, provide the bulk of exports to Egypt and Jordan, and had been shut since June 13.
