BASF Going Green in Germany

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--BASF plans to produce virgin-grade plastic products from recycled plastic waste in Germany. The ChemCycling project calls for the development of high-performance products from pyrolysis oil.

To obtain the pyrolysis oil for the ChemCycling project, BASF plans to join with Pyrum Innovations AG. Two new production lines will be added at their existing plant in Dillingen, Germany.
