Contractor DPR Construction at Work on $8.8 Billion in U.S. Projects

Also in the technology sector, DPR is at work on providing semiconductor wafer manufacturer Pallidus Incorporated (Albany, New York) new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The project, which kicked off earlier this year, entails renovating an existing 300,000-square-foot building with both office space and supporting equipment to produce next-generation silicon carbide wafers to power semiconductors in the electric vehicle, telecommunications, data center and other sectors. The three-story, 244,000-square-foot building will allow for the specialized production of personal, genetically engineered cell therapies for treatment of certain forms of cancer.
