TC Energy Completes Sale of Ontario Power Plants - TC Energy Corporation (NYSE:TRP) reports that it has sold three Ontario natural gas-fired power plants for C$2.8 billion ($2.02 billion) to Ontario Power Generation. The facilities include the 683-megawatt (MW) Halton Hills power plant, the 900-MW Napanee generating station and TC Energy's 50% interest in the 550-MW Portlands Energy Centre. U.S. Crude Oil Stocks Build, Gasoline Declines - U.S. crude oil inventories rose by 9 million barrels in the week ending April 24 to 527.6 million barrels. Stocks of crude have increased for 14 consecutive weeks and are less than 2% from an all-time high of 535 million barrels, reached in March 2017. U.S. gasoline stocks fell by 3.7 million barrels from its record high in the week to 259.6 million barrels, the U.S. Energy Information Administration reported. (Reuters)
