Talen Energy Corporation, today, July 27, took 997.6 megawatts (MW) offline from the Susquehanna 01 unit at its Susquehanna Nuclear Power Station in Pennsylvania. The unit is returning from a main turbine trip and a recirculation pump failure, and is operating at 20%. This event is expected to end later today.

AES Alamitos LLC took the Alamitos 04 unit offline on July 24 at its Alamitos Power Station in California for induction draft (ID) fan repairs, tube corrosion inspections and calibration checks. This event is expected to end July 29.

Dominion Energy Incorporated's 272-MW Brunswick 01B CT/HRSG unit at its Brunswick County Power Station in Virginia was forced offline after it tripped due to a thermal coupling issue. The cause is under investigation, and this event is expected to end July 29.
