Japan's ENEOS and Cosmo Oil Plan to Replace Coke Drums of Coker Units

Cosmo Oil Company Limited's (Tokyo, Japan) delayed coker unit at its Sakai Refinery has been operating since 2010, and ENEOS Corporation's (Tokyo) delayed coker at its Mizushima Refinery has been operating since 1992. Therefore, Cosmo Oil is planning to replace the coke drum for its 31,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) delayed coker in 2023 during a planned maintenance shutdown, and ENEOS is planning a coke drum replacement on its 30,000-BBL/d delayed coker in 2024.
