Industrial Info is tracking $9.25 billion in capital spending in Norwegian Sea for 2019, with a major kickoff: The Johan Sverdrup Offshore Field Development, which ranks highest in terms of spending at more than $1.4 billion. It is followed by the Johan Castberg Offshore Field Development, at $1 billion.
