PetroVietnam's Dam Doi, Khanh My Gas Fields Enter FEED Phase

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP) (Ba Dinh, Vietnam) has announced that the Khanh My-Dam Doi Field Development Project, located offshore Vietnam, has entered the front-end engineering design (FEED) phase. The FEED contract was awarded to Malaysian engineering firm Tuah Consult Sdn Bhd.

Situated in the Malay-Tho Chu Basin, the Dam Doi and Khanh My gas fields are expected to come onstream in the fourth quarter of 2027. The majority of gas produced from the project will be supplied to the Ca Mau power and fertilizer complex, supporting energy and agricultural needs in southern Vietnam.
