QatarEnergy Buys 50% Stake in TotalEnergies' Iraq Solar Project - QatarEnergy (Doha, Qatar) said on Monday it had agreed to take a 50% stake in TotalEnergies SE's (NYSE:TTE) (Courbevoie, France) 1.25-gigawatt solar project in Iraq. The French energy giant will retain the remaining 50% stake in the project, which is part of Iraq's $27 billion Gas Growth Integrated Project, QatarEnergy said in a statement, without disclosing the size of the deal. RWE Starts Up Texas Windfarm - RWE AG (Essen, Germany) late last week said it has launched commercial operations at its 203-MW Montgomery Ranch windfarm in Foard County, Texas.
