Invista is wrapping up a turnaround of its 1,450 million-pound-per-year Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Unit in Houston, Texas. The turnaround began in late November, and the unit is currently estimated to restart in late February. A debottleneck project will be completed during the turnaround that will increase the capacity of the unit by approximately 90 million pounds per year.

Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Company has started a 45-day maintenance turnaround of its 1,764 million-pound-per-year Ethylene Unit II at its Yanbu'al Bahr Yanpet Petrochemical Complex in Saudi Arabia. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by March 28.
North Asia Japan Polyethylene Corporation's 209.4 million-pound-per-year Low-Density Polyethylene Resins (LDPE) Unit remains offline at its Kawasaki Polyethylene Plant in Japan due to market conditions. Expectations are to restart the unit by February 25.
