Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is slowly ramping up the 1,247-megawatt (MW) Unit 3 at its Palo Verde Nuclear Power Station in Arizona. APS plans for the unit to be at full load by mid-week.
Luminant Generation Company LLC's 1,209-MW Comanche Peak 01 unit is offline due to a feedwater pump failure at its Comanche Peak Nuclear Generating Station in Texas.
Entergy Louisiana LLC rescheduled the restart of the 1,199.8-MW Waterford 03 ST unit at its Waterford Three Nuclear Power Station in Louisiana. The unit tripped offline after a fire to the plant's main and startup transformers in late March. The event is expected to end May 16.
