Citgo Petroleum, on July 11, began a 40-day planned turnaround of the 175,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) crude unit, 38,000-BBL/d Sponge Coker and 35,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater at its 175,000-BBL/d refinery in Lemont, Illinois.

Phillips 66, on July 12, shut down the 30,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 40 at its 146,000-BBL/d refinery in Borger, Texas, for 10 days of repairs.

International
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has delayed the restart of the 120,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 3, 43,500-BBL/d Hydrocracker (design capacity: 48,240 BBL/d) and 52,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater (DHT) at its 240,000-BBL/d Mumbai Refinery in India, due to additional needed repairs. The units now are expected to be back online on July 15, after being shut down for a planned turnaround on June 11.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), on July 11, began a 20-day planned maintenance shutdown of the 24,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker Unit 1 at its 20,000-BBL/d Mathura Refinery in India. The restart is expected by July 30.
