Marathon returned its 245,000-BBL/d Pipestill 3A and 250,000-BBL/d Pipestill 3B units to normal operations yesterday, August 23, 2022, after experiencing a brief upset due to a loss of steam at its 495,000-BBL/d Galveston Bay Refinery in Texas City, Texas.

Marathon, on August 26, 2022, will complete a planned plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 101,000-BBL/d refinery in Saint Paul Park, Minnesota, that began on July 11, 2022.

International
Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica completed the 14-day planned plant-wide turnaround at its 35,000-BBL/d refinery in Kingston, Jamaica. Processing units were restarted on August 20, 2022, and are now processing at approximately 95% of normal capacity.
