BP-Husky Refining LLC's 160,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in Toledo, Ohio, remains shut down after experiencing a fire on one of the crude units on September 20. The restart date is not known at this time.

Zhejiang Petrochemical Company has extended the shutdown of the 200,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 4 at its 800,000-BBL/d Zhoushan (Daishan) Refinery in China. Expectations now are to restart the unit by October 31. The unit was forced to shut down in April, and the refinery run rate currently is around 82% of capacity.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has delayed the restart of four units at its 300,000-BBL/d Paradip Refinery in India. The restart now is expected by September 29.

IOCL, on September 25, began a 83-day maintenance and expansion hookup shutdown of the Naphtha Cracker Complex at its 300,000-BBL/d Panipat Refinery in India. Expectations are to complete the work by December 16.
