Marathon's Pipestill 3A and 3A Vacuum Distillation (VDU) units at its 495,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Galveston Bay Refinery in Texas are expected to restart within the next 24 to 48 hours. A new restart date for the Ultraformer 3 unit has yet to be determined.

International
Petronor SA expects it will begin restarting the 90,000-BBL/d Crude 2 unit at its 220,000-BBL/d Bilbao Refinery in Spain later today, and it is expected to be fully operational by December 6.

Oil Refineries Limited (ORL) is performing a 27-day planned turnaround of the 40,000-BBL/d Naphtha Hydrotreater (NHT), 11,300-BBL/d Isomerization and 27,000-BBL/d Reformer units at its 197,000-BBL/d Haifa Refinery in Israel. Expectations are to restart the units by December 26.

OQ delayed the restart of the 106,000-BBL/d Mina Al Fahal Refinery in Oman, which has been under a planned refinery-wide turnaround since November 1. The refinery now is expected to be back online by December 8.
