PBF, on April 1, will begin seven weeks of planned maintenance on the 42,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Distillate Hydrocracker (DH Hydrocracker) at its 155,000-BBL/d refinery in Martinez, California.

International
Syzran Refinery JSC is on schedule to kick off a planned maintenance turnaround in early April of the 52,000-BBL/d ABT-5 (Crude 1), 31,230-BBL/d ABT-5 (Vacuum 1) and associated units at its 176,900-BBL/d Syzran Refinery in Russia. Completion is scheduled for mid-May.

Novatek Ust-Luga LLC shut down the entire production plant at its 160,000-BBL/d Gas Condensate Fractionation Complex in Russia. Four units are offline due to an overnight fire at a supportive fuel storage terminal, caused by a drone attack. Production plant operations are halted while an investigation to assess damage is ongoing. Industrial Info will monitor the situation.
