Flint Hills Resources experienced a small fire on the 55,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 1 in the West side of its refining complex in Corpus Christi, Texas. The exact duration of the outage is unknown at this time, but initial indications are that the unit will be back online within seven days.

International
Saudi Aramco delayed the restart of five units at its 550,000-BBL/d Ras Tanura Refinery in Saudi Arabia. Tentative expectations are to restart the units by April 1.

PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company Limited, on March 24, began a 60-day planned refinery-wide turnaround of its 410,000-BBL/d Dalian Refinery in China. Expectations are to restart the units by May 22. Separately, the 120,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 1 remains on schedule to restart by May 16.

LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez continues with a planned maintenance turnaround of the 40,000-BBL/d Kerosene Hydrotreater (L-24/9) and 7,600-BBL/d Catalytic Reformer L-35-6/300 units at its 273,800-BBL/d Perm Refinery in Russia. The turnaround is scheduled to be completed by the end of March.
