UAE EPC Firm Lamprell Capitalizes on Aramco Agreement

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company Lamprell (Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)) made a modest start when it signed a long-term agreement with Saudi Aramco (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) in 2018 for six years.

Initially, the company managed to secure two low-profile projects, namely CRPO 61 and CRPO 67. But in 2023, Lamprell dominated the Saudi EPC market when it outpaced more renowned international engineering firms and secured two big-ticket projects.

In July 2023, it won CRPO 125 and CRPO 126, worth US$400 million, and again in October 2023, it was awarded with CRPO-135, worth US$390 million. CRPO-135 involves installation and upgradation of production deck modules and subsea pipelines and cables.
