Vietnam Expands Plans for Bauxite-Alumina-Aluminum Complexes

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Vietnam is advancing plans to develop five bauxite-alumina-aluminum complexes in Dak Nong Province, with one already operational under Vinacomin-Dak Nong Aluminum Company. Several other companies are currently awaiting permits or competing for approval, including Viet Phuong Investment Group, Vietnam Mining Company, Dong Bac Corporation, TH Group, and Duc Giang Chemicals. The fifth area, Dak Nong 5, remains open to investors.
