Motiva is in the process of restarting the 81,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 3 and 18,000-BBL/d Sulfuric Alkylation (SF Alky) Unit at its 640,000-BBL/d refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. The units were shut down after a process upset on July 30.
