Texas)--The provincial government of Alberta announced it had reached an understanding with its peers in Ontario and Saskatchewan to develop energy trade corridors that reach outside of North America.
"We're taking action to grow our economy, build real infrastructure and get major projects moving," Danielle Smith, the premier of Alberta, said in a statement Tuesday.
