Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Tyr Energy Incorporated (Overland Park, Kansas) last week announced that it has begun construction on the Hickory Run Energy Center in Pennsylvania. The natural gas-fired, combined-cycle plant has a nominal generating capacity of 1,000 megawatts (MW).
