Texas Leads U.S. with $26 Billion in Industrial Projects Under Construction

SUGAR LAND--September 3, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Texas is the No. 1 state in the country for industrial project construction in 2010 according to the Top 10 States for Industrial Construction compiled by Industrial Info. Right now, there are 184 projects, representing more than $26 billion, under construction in the Lone Star State. Almost twice as much construction activity is under way in Texas when compared to the second on the list, which is California with 98 projects totaling $9 billion.
