Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary
Now Hiring for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team. Assisting the Marketing Department in their promotional efforts. This is a great opportunity for a student to enhance their skill set as well as gain exposure to a fast-paced and innovative corporate environment.

Essential Functions

 -  Assist with daily administrative duties 
 -  Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
 -  Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
 -  Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
 -  Assist on email campaigns and social media content
 -  Prepare promotional presentations
 -  Miscellaneous  duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

 -  Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Applicants must also be currently
    enrolled in an academic course of study at a college or university in the Houston area.
 -  Experience: At least six months of experience in a professional environment is highly preferred.
 -  Computer Skills: Strong technical skills are required. This includes the use of Microsoft Suite products and the ability to
    quickly learn new software tools.
 -  Availability: Applicants must be available to work part-time (maximum of 29 hours per week) through the academic school year.
