Pfizer Corporation-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna are fervently producing COVID-19 vaccines for the U.S. population. Pfizer-BioNTech is primarily producing the vaccine at Pfizer's facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are contracting out much of their COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing to Catalent, using its facility in Bloomington, Indiana.

As of March 23, about one in four Americans had received at least their first COVID-19 vaccine dose.
