The project includes a 16 million-ton-per-year refinery, a 1.2 million-ton-per-year ethylene unit, a 3.2 million-ton-per-year aromatics unit and a 600,000 ton-per-year caprolactam unit. The first phase of the project is under construction, with completion planned for June 2020.
