SUGAR LAND--June 6, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--North America remains a hotbed for steel mill project development in 2008. A November 2007 study showed $11 billion in major capital and maintenance project work at North American steel mills scheduled to begin construction in 2008 or beyond.
