Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--After encountering many delays, which were caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters and logistics issues, BP plc's (NYSE:BP) (London, England) Tangguh liquefied natural gas (LNG) III project in Indonesia is now entering the commissioning stage. The mega project is targeted to be on stream in March 2023.
When the third LNG train is on stream, it will contribute 3.8 million tons per annum of production capacity to the existing liquefaction facility in West Papua.
