The project is scheduled to start construction in 2023 and put into operation in 2025.

Output from the new facility will include 200,000 tons of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). According to the announcement, the 200,000-ton/year EVA project adopts LyondellBasell Industries NV's (NYSE:LYB) (Rotterdam, Netherlands) high-pressure tubular process technology.
