PIPELINES
Phase II of Bayou Bridge Crude Oil Pipeline Ready to Begin Service - Energy Transfer (NYSE:ET) and Phillips 66 Partners (NYSE:PSXP) announced that the second phase of the Bayou Bridge Pipeline is complete and ready for service. The 163-mile pipeline will transport crude oil from Lake Charles, Louisiana, to terminal facilities outside St. James, Louisiana, beginning April 1. (Project 300233055) (Business Wire)
Enbridge Line 3 Replacement Project Gets Minnesota Approval - Enbridge Incorporated's (NYSE:ENB) embattled Line 3 crude oil pipeline was given the final green light from Minnesota regulators, just two weeks after the Canadian energy company said the project would be delayed by a year. The Minnesota Public Utility Commission on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve the project, which would expand oil transportation capacity from Alberta to Wisconsin. (Project 300158904) (Bloomberg)

U.S. Crude Inventories Rise - U.S. crude oil inventories rose by 2.8 million barrels in the week ending March 22, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Crude exports fell by 506,000 barrels per day. (Reuters)
