Floating Storage and Regasification Units Help India Reduce Carbon Footprint

The LNG import terminal has a regasification capacity of 4 million metric tons per annum and storage capacity of 145,000 cubic meters. The terminal is another step in achieving India's goal to raise the share of natural gas in the country's energy mix to 15% by 2030 from the current 6.3%, in order to reduce its carbon footprint.
