Lisega to Build Manufacturing Facility in Tennessee

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Lisega (Zeven, Germany), a specialist in pipe supports systems for major plant engineering and construction industries, will construct a 96,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, with a 20,000-square-foot office space in Kodak, Tennessee.

Construction on the facility and office space is scheduled to begin in May. Lisega expects to begin manufacturing operations in the first quarter of 2011 and will create 100 new jobs, as well as retain 124 current employees. Lisega's Tennessee presence is the German company's only manufacturing facility in the United States.

Rentenbach (Knoxville, Tennessee) was selected by Lisega to perform the construction for the manufacturing plant. Dave Wright, Architect (Greeneville, Tennessee) performed the architecture of the manufacturing facility and will begin the construction in May.

Lisega's standard products range from hangers, spring hangers and heavy-duty shock absorbers, to individual customer-related products, such as special hangers and structural adaptations for the power-generation market.
