Several Metals and Minerals Industry plants in different locations in the Philippines have suspended operations to comply with local and national government's quarantine measures as the COVID-19 outbreak continues in the country. Iron and steel casting, as well as glass processing plants, have shuttered operations in line with the national government's "Enhanced Community Quarantine" within the Luzon area.
