CRUDE OIL
Iraq's Kurdish Region to Resume Oil Exports - Iraq will restart the export of oil from its Kurdish region to Turkey after an interruption of more than two years, following what Prime Minister Shia al-Sudani called a historic agreement between Baghdad and the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG). Under the agreement, Iraq's state oil marketer will export the crude oil from Kurdish oil fields through a pipeline to Turkey. The KRG said on X that oil exports will resume within 48 hours after completion of the tripartite agreement between Iraq's oil ministry, the KRG ministry of natural resources and producing companies. REFINED PRODUCTS
India's Fuel Exports Surge to Multi-Year Highs - Indian oil refiners are increasing gasoline and fueloil exports to their highest levels in several years, driven by expanded refining capacity and increased domestic ethanol blending that has freed up fuel supplies for overseas markets, traders and analysts said. Refiners in India, which sources about a third of its crude oil from Russia, are boosting runs and redirecting surplus barrels abroad. This year, India's crude processing is expected to increase by 130,000 to 160,000 barrels per day (BBL/d) to about 5.51 million BBL/d, with gasoline exports hitting a record high of around 400,000 BBL/d, according to consultancy Wood Mackenzie. Data provider Kpler pegs India's 2025 gasoline exports at 387,000 BBL/d, mainly to Asia.
India's gasoil exports are also expected to hit a four-year high this year, with most volumes heading to Europe to meet winter heating demand, analysts said. Wood Mackenzie expects India's 2025 gasoil exports to reach 610,000 to 630,000 BBL/d while Kpler's forecast is for 560,000 BBL/d.(Reuters)
