Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Thailand's PTT Public Company Limited and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power to develop a green hydrogen/ammonia value chain. The estimated US$7 billion investment aims to produce 225,000 tons per year of green hydrogen that can be converted into about 1.2 million tons per year of green ammonia.
