Exelon Generation Company LLC, on January 3, took the 862-megawatt (MW) Calvert Cliffs 02 unit offline at its Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Station in Maryland. The unit tripped due to a loss of electrical load.

Wolf Hollow I Power, LLC has rescheduled the restart of the 300-MW Wolf Hollow 03 ST, 264-MW Wolf Hollow 01 CT/HRSG and 264-MW Wolf Hollow 02 CT/HRSG units at its Wolf Hollow I Power Station in Texas. The restart now is expected February 4.

Bear Swamp Power Company LLC, on December 29, took the 287-MW Bear Swamp Hydro PS 02 unit offline, due to a turbine upgrade defect, at its Bear Swamp Pumped Storage & Fife Brook Hydro Plant in Massachusetts.
