Luminant Generation Company LLC, on June 28, shut down the 680-megawatt (MW) Coleto Creek 01 unit at its Coleto Creek Power Station in Texas when the plant tripped offline after losing power due to a lightning strike. The event is expected to end July 2.

Cardinal Operating Company, on June 26, was forced to shut down the 615-MW Cardinal 01 ST unit at its Cardinal Power Station in Ohio, due to a boiler tube leak. The event is expected to end later today.

Moxie Energy, LLC shut down the Moxie Freedom 02 CT/HRSG/ST unit at its Caithness Moxie Freedom Energy plant in Pennsylvania earlier this month. The event is expected to end August 14.
