Constellation Energy Corporation's 1,136-megawatt (MW) Byron 02 unit at its Byron Nuclear Power Station in Illinois is running at 82% as it powers down for a refueling on October 9.

Evergy Incorporated has rescheduled the restart of its coal-fired, 720-MW Jeffrey 03 unit at its Jeffrey Energy Center in Kansas. Evergy is rebuilding the unit's turbine and replacing its blades as well as performing maintenance on the generator exciter. The restart now is expected in early January.

Public Sector Pension Investment Board's 292-MW Northfield Mountain 01 and 282-MW Northfield Mountain 02 units are offline for annual station maintenance at its Northfield Mountain Pumped-Storage Hydroelectric Station in Massachusetts. The units are expected to restart October 14.
