Dominion Nuclear Connecticut Incorporated rescheduled the restart of the 1,253-megawatt (MW) Millstone 03 unit at its Millstone Nuclear Power Station in Connecticut. The unit was forced back offline while attempting to return from a refueling outage. The restart now is expected December 8.

Basin Electric Power Cooperative rescheduled the restart of the 570-MW, coal-fired Laramie River 01 unit during a turbine overhaul and other work at its Laramie River Power Station in Wyoming. The restart now is expected January 3.
