Phillips 66 will perform a 60-day major turnaround of the 150,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) and three additional units, beginning February 2023, at its 230,000-BBL/d Bayway Refinery in Linden, New Jersey.

Phillips 66 will perform a 60-day major turnaround of the 150,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) and three additional units, beginning February 2023, at its 230,000-BBL/d Bayway Refinery in Linden, New Jersey.
Valero plans to begin a 45-day turnaround of the 96,000-BBL/d Heavy Oil Cracker, 22,000-BBL/d Hydrofluoric Alkylation (HF Alky) Unit and 58,000-BBL/d Gasoline Desulfurizer, and associated units, on January 14 at its 220,000-BBL/d Bill Greehey West Complex in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Delek Refining has rescheduled the 45-day planned plant-wide turnaround of its 62,000-BBL/d Tyler, Texas, refinery. The turnaround now is expected to begin March 11.
International
PDVSA, on December 14, was forced to shut down the 80,000-BBL/d FCCU at its 625,000-BBL/d refinery in Amuay, Venezuela, due to mechanical issues. Repairs are underway, and the restart is expected by December 29. The refinery is processing 130,000 BBL/d and will continue as such until January. Major repairs on the 120,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation 4 are underway, and the restart is set for February. The 120,000-BBL/d Crude 3 Unit continues offline, and no mechanical work is being performed.
Novokuibyshevsk Refinery OJSC has rescheduled a 30-day planned maintenance turnaround of 11 units at its 164,400-BBL/d Novokuibyshevsk Refinery in Russia. The turnaround was pushed up to mid-May.
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) continues with a 30-day major maintenance turnaround of nine units at its 160,000-BBL/d Haldia Refinery in India. The restart is expected by December 30.
