BP-Husky Refining LLC's 160,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in Toledo, Ohio, remains shut down following a fire on the crude unit on September 20, 2022. A restart timeline has yet to be established as damage repairs continue.

Phillips 66 expects to complete repairs by this upcoming weekend on the 50,000-BBL/d Gas Oil HDS Unit 41 (GOHDS) at its 146,000-BBL/d refinery in Borger, Texas.

Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) continues an unplanned shutdown of the 80,000-BBL/d Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCC) Unit at its 200,000-BBL/d Nghi Son Refinery in Vietnam. Expectations are to resume normal production by January 15. Crude run rates are reduced by 25% for the duration of unit repairs.
