BP-Husky Refining LLC's 160,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in Toledo, Ohio, remains shut down following a fire on the crude unit on September 20, 2022. A restart timeline has yet to be established as repairs continue.

Valero, on January 28, started a 35-day turnaround of four units at its 180,000-BBL/d refinery in Houston, Texas.

PBF Torrance Refining, LLC, on January 27, shut the Hydrogen Unit 4 at its 155,000-BBL/d refinery in Torrance, California due to unplanned repairs. As a result, the entire plant is running at reduced rates--estimated to be 50% of capacity.
