North America
ExxonMobil will perform a 60-day planned major turnaround of the 108,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude Pipe Still 3 in February 2026 at its 557,000-BBL/d refinery in Baytown, Texas, instead of the February 2024 date previously reported.

Phillips 66 expects the 30,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 29 at its 146,000-BBL/d refinery in Borger, Texas, will be fully operational in the next 24 to 48 hours.

HF Sinclair continues with repairs on the 29,000-BBL/d FCCU on the East side of its 125,000-BBL/d refining complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after the unit was shut down February 9 due to unknown issues. Expectations are to return the unit to service by March 1. Additionally, the 40,000-BBL/d crude unit started 22 days of planned maintenance on February 9.

International
Petronor SA continues with a planned turnaround at its 220,000-BBL/d refinery in Bilbao, Spain. Planned repairs on the 14,000-BBL/d Platforming (P1) units and the 31,000-BBL/d Visbreaker (UV3) unit are expected to wrap up February 27 and March 19, respectively.

Rosneft NK PAO continues with repairs at its 240,000-BBL/d Tuapse Refinery in Russia. The 240,000-BBL/d AT-12 (Crude 1) Section 1000 and the 144,000 bpd AV-12 (Vacuum 1) Section 2000 units were forced to shut down on January 24 due to a fire that occurred at the AV-12 (Vacuum 1) unit. Due to additional repairs needed, the units now will remain offline until mid-May. As a result, the planned turnaround of the Crude 1 and Vacuum 1 units scheduled for late-March has been cancelled.

ANCAP continues with a refinery-wide turnaround at its 50,000-BBL/d La Teja Refinery in Uruguay. Expectations are to complete repairs by the last week of March.
