Ariel Corporation is celebrating its 40th year as a world leader in reciprocating gas compression and has set the standard in gas compression excellence with 20,000 frames and 60,000 cylinders in service throughout the world, serving the natural gas and process industries. Ariel offers a range of solutions with twin-screw and rotary compressors to the full line of Ariel reciprocating compressors.
Ariel continues to meet the needs and challenges of the very demanding natural gas market with compressors ranging in size from 75 to 10,000 hp. Ariel employs nearly 800 highly trained and dedicated people and has the capacity to build up to 2,500 compressors per year. The demand and use of natural gas has continued to increase at exponential rates as a fuel for new power generation and in process applications for its clean burning characteristics. This increase in demand requires reliable compression equipment and access to dependable replacement parts and service on a timely basis. In response to the need for responsive and quality technical service, Ariel created the Ariel Response Center (ARC), which is a toll-free telephone service to provide technical service support from experienced technicians with Ariel compressors.
