Contractor Selected for Planned Commercial Printing Plant in Pennsylvania

Adair Construction Services (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania) has been selected to provide general construction services for a $28 million commercial printing plant planned for Advanced Communications Agency Incorporated (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania).

Plans are to construct a 300,000 square foot printing plant, including manufacturing and office space, on Cameron & Herr Streets. Ground breaking is scheduled for the fall of 2005 with construction anticipated to begin in the spring of 2006. Overall completion is slated for the fall of 2006.
