ExxonMobil Net Income Down Year over Year - Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) (ExxonMobil) reported third-quarter 2019 net income of $3.17 billion, compared with $6.24 billion in the year-prior quarter. Husky Energy Closes Sale of Prince George Refinery - Husky Energy (TSX:HSE) has closed the sale of its 12,000-BBL/d Prince George Refinery in British Columbia to Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure for C$215 million ($163.5 million) in cash, plus a closing adjustment of approximately C$53.5 million ($40.7 million).
